I messed around a bit more with the home page; again, it is so fun to mess around with HTML/CSS and see the changes take effect. I don't think words can express my absolute elation when the 'display: table-cell; vertical-align: middle' trick worked. It was INCREDIBLE.

And also incredibly hard. I started troubleshooting with the Inspect function and it helped a ton with wrangling the CSS grid; I can only wait in fear/anticipation for the day I decide to attempt mobile responsiveness, because the home page must be atrocious on mobile right now. Added some blinkies because those are always fun!

When I get a status cafe account, I'll have to attempt to link it here. I can't guarantee success, though; nor can I guarantee that I will remember to update it, haha. Whatever happens, it will still be a fun challenge to set up, so I will definitely try!
